I’m a data-informed UX Designer at IBM Cloud, where I help architect complex technical systems into simple experiences that work for both enterprise and novice users. I thrive at the intersection of systems thinking, data, technology, and design; understanding complexity before translating it into simple, meaningful user experiences. I use data and analytics to inform design decisions and help teams build stronger, evidence-based strategies. I love design critique sessions, sharing ideas, and creating space for collaborative ideation.
I hold a Master’s degree in Biotechnology and am completing my second Master’s in Computer Science, specialising in Data Science, at the University of Sunderland in 2026.
Beyond design and technology, I’m a lover of good, calm music, especially Jazz, Rhumba, and Luo Benga.

We will explore ways in which enterprise UX tracks and measures design decisions, how we do design-led development and how we look for potential pitfalls with data, design based on data and later observe the revenue that comes out of that design flow. - Stay tuned.
